Announcing STDev outlier verses and backfill progress indicators

Announcing two new features 🎉
STDev Outlier verses - you can now set up automated insight generation for finding specific segments for which the STDev of a field is significantly higher/lower than the rest of the baseline data.

Backfill progress indicator - from now on, when backfilling, a progress indicator is continuously updated on the backfills page to show the progress per context class that’s being backfilled.
