Get new config fields

Once new data, containing undefined fields, is exported to Mona, the system automatically generates a suggested configuration for these new fields.
This endpoint allows you to retrieve the suggested configuration without exporting the data itself, enabling proactive management of field configurations.
Additionally, this endpoint helps identify unused fields for each context class,
providing insights into fields that were exported but are not yet defined in the field configurations.
