Related anomalies - Possible root causes

Mona now automatically detects correlated metrics with similar anomalies for generated insights to help with faster investigations of root causes.

Hi everyone, we are happy to announce our long awaited feature - “Related Anomalies”.
Besides proactively alerting on anomalous behavior, Mona now automatically detects related anomalies in correlated metrics for each generated insight and makes investigating the root cause much easier!

Making configuration changes with our new SDK

As part of our new SDK, we have released a new way to make configuration changes to your Mona dashboard. Now you can easily upload a new configuration directly from your code, or get you current configuration.

Change in default values - Verse params

We made a few changes to the default values of some verse parameters. Due to these changes you might see a surge in the amount of insights generated in the next couple of days. There is no need for you to do anything, but if you feel that your config needs to be modified now and you require help with that, please feel free to write to us via slack, open a support ticket here, or directly set up a support meeting on this link.

Mona's new SDK and secure data export

Until today, users could export data to the “/monaExport” endpoint (or using our python client) using only their user-id as identification. As part of a security update, we are moving the data export process to require a bearer token in order to export your data. Following this change, users will need to use their API key and secret (found in their dashboard) to create a JWT token and export their data to a new “/export” endpoint.

Distribution Histogram Zoom In

In order to allow a distribution histogram without stating a segment size, the segment size automatically ranges between the min and max values of the given metric, and a new dynamic zoom-in capability was introduced
