SegmentSizeOutlier

Description

'Segment Size Outlier' verses configure Mona to find segments with a bias in a segment size compared to its "sibling segments**" sizes in a given time range.

**Sibling segments - all segments defined by subsegments of the exact same segmentation-dimensions list (with any possible value) which have enough data as configured in the verse.
For example, if our segment is: {"gender": [{ "value": "female"}], "age": [{ "min_value": 20, "max_value: 30}]} Then sibling segments are all segments defined by a specific gender and by a range of age values (according to their segmentation rules).

        }

  }
}

In this example we see a SegmentSizeOutlier verse which is configured to search for a specific "detected_language" which size is significantly smaller (trend_directions) in the last 3 weeks (time_period) than the size of their sibling segments (other detected_languages), in the last month, within any different values of "country" and "company_id" as the baseline.
Note that this verse type requires no "metrics" param.

We use "min_anomaly_level" to define that a segment is an outlier when the difference between it's size and the average size of its sibling segment is at least 1.5 standard deviations (the STD is calculated according to the siblings' sizes).
